Sometic software packages

Sometic packages published under the @sometic npm scope are released under the MIT License unless a specific package states otherwise in its package.json / LICENSE file. The copyright line in the repository LICENSE is Copyright (c) 2026 AitiStack contributors. Sometic is the product name. AitiStack is the organization that owns the copyright.

MIT License (summary)

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the software and associated documentation files, to deal in the software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to including the copyright and permission notice in all copies or substantial portions.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

The authoritative license text ships with each package and in the source repository. Prefer the copy distributed with the version you install.

Documentation site

Content on sometic.aitistack.com may be quoted for commentary, education, and tooling (including LLM context) with attribution. Do not present documentation excerpts as an official Sometic endorsement of a third-party product.

Fonts used on this documentation site

Self-hosted fonts on the documentation Site (for example Urbanist, Chakra Petch, and JetBrains Mono) are licensed under their respective SIL Open Font License (OFL) terms as provided by their upstream authors. Those licenses apply to the font files; they do not change the MIT license of Sometic packages. OFL notices are included alongside the font files under /fonts/ on the Site.

Third-party dependencies

Sometic packages may depend on other open-source libraries. Those dependencies retain their own licenses. Review your lockfile and each dependency’s license for compliance in your product.
